Dr. Sturm's HYDRATING CONDITIONER is a rich, intensive conditioner for normal, stressed, and damaged hair.

Cationic Hyaluronic Acid and organic Shea Butter are absorbed deeply into the hair fibres to provide long lasting softness, suppleness and shine for instantly manageable hair. Pro-Vitamin B5 smooths the hair’s outer layer without weighing it down, reduces frizz and gives dull hair volume, fullness and vitality. Sunflower Sprouts Extract and Tara Extract protect against heat, impurities, UV stress and color fade. The result is strengthened, healthy hair with a silky, soft shine.

+ Organic Shea Butter provides high-quality care and moisturizing benefits and leaves dry and brittle hair soft and manageable.
+ Distearoylethyl Dimonium Chloride functions as an emulsifier and conditioning agent, leaving hair smooth, shiny and easy to manage.
+ 100% clean and vegan formulation.

Dr. Barbara Sturm is a German doctor, orthopedics specialist, aesthetics expert and an anti-inflammatory pioneer. Dr. Sturm studied Medicine and Sports at the Heinrich Heine University in Düsseldorf before beginning her medical career in orthopedics. She worked as part of a team that developed cutting-edge treatments for inflammatory conditions like osteoarthritis, using the body’s own proteins and healing factors to stop the inflammatory process and help heal joint tissue.

In 2002, Dr. Sturm translated the science from her clinical research and orthopedic practice into the field of aesthetics. “Aesthetics is a combination of art and science, and it is a fascinating challenge with immediate and very gratifying results for patients,” says Dr. Sturm. “I started by injecting Hyaluronic Acid and Botox which provided great results, but I kept thinking that it would be a great additional anti-aging booster for the skin if we also started mixing it with the body’s own anti-inflammatory healing factors, like we did in orthopedic medicine.”

In 2002 she created her MCX treatment, a Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) facial now recognized by many as the ‘Blood Facial,’ followed shortly by her famous ‘MC1’ cream; a bespoke, plasma-based moisturizer which harnesses the power of the body’s own proteins in a skin healing formula. Dr. Sturm’s patients then asked her to create an entire skincare regimen and when she couldn’t find anything on the market that could solve her own skincare concerns, and certainly nothing she felt she could recommend to her patients, she decided to create her own. In 2014, her full anti-inflammatory collection, Molecular Cosmetics, was born.
