Returns Policy

At SAYN, we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to your satisfaction. If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, feel free to return products in new or gently used condition in their original packaging within 30 days of receiving your order. A prepaid return shipping label will be provided to you. Upon receipt of your return, we will promptly process your refund to the original payment method within 48 business hours. For items purchased using a gift card, we will honor our 30-day return policy. The refund will be issued via gift card with an amount equal to the cost of the item(s) returned.


While we provide a full refund for your product, we do not refund shipping costs. Our Returns department makes every effort to process returns as quickly as possible. We will issue the refund within 48 business hours of the returned item being marked as delivered. Refunds can take up to 7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.

All returns are processed back to the original method of payment unless store credit was used, in which case store credit will be credited back to the customer. SAYN is not able to edit or modify payments on returns once processed.

Consult Information

Upon booking your consultation, you will be asked a series of questions regarding your skin type, skin concerns, current skincare routine, desired outcome, and any medical issues.

In the event you are unable to attend the consultation, please update the calendar invite that was sent to your email.

If a customer does not join within 10 minutes after their scheduled start time, the call will be canceled and a new appointment must be booked.

What Products Do I Need In My Skin Routine?

Every skincare routine should consist of the following: Cleanser, Toner, Serum, Eye Cream, Moisturizer, and Sun Protection.

Keep in mind that specific skincare concerns require specialized products to be added to your routine.

Which Comes First: Serum or Moisturizer?

For best results and maximum skin absorption, this is how you should layer your skincare products after cleansing and toning your skin: Apply Water-Based Serums first. These are serums containing hyaluronic acid or a water/gel formula. After, you should apply Oil Based Serums. These are serums containing squalane or any oil-based formulas. After the serums, you apply your Moisturizer and Face Creams.

How Often Do I Need A Face Mask?

Always think of masks as a special treat for your skin. For best practice, Clay-Based and Exfoliating Masks should be used no more than 2-3 times a week. Hydrating and Overnight Masks can be used daily or as needed.

Why Can't I Use My Face Cream As An Eye Cream?

Eye creams are formulated to be absorbed by the thin, delicate skin around the eyes. The heavier consistency of face creams will not penetrate as effectively, leaving you with little to no results. It is best to have a dedicated eye serum or eye cream to properly address the area.

It's Cloudy Outside - Do I Need To Wear Sunscreen?

Yes. Even if you’re just walking to and from your car, any amount of unprotected sun exposure can damage your skin. While UVB rays are easily blocked by clouds, invisible UVA rays, which go deeper into the skin, are able to penetrate even heavy cloud cover.

Unprotected exposure to fluorescent and HEV light can cause premature aging, but a broad-spectrum sunscreen can help prevent this.

Can I Use My Vitamin C and Retinol Together?

Vitamin C and Retinol are wonderful pals but do not make a great couple.

Layering or mixing Vitamin C and Retinol will cause irritation. Use Vitamin C for its antioxidant properties during the daytime and use anti-aging Retinol at night for the best results.

Is It Normal That Retinol Stings?

Depending on the strength of the retinol and the sensitivity of your skin, you may experience some mild to moderate stinging.

For best results, use a low-dose retinol (0.25-0.5%) twice to three times a week for two weeks to build tolerance, then gradually increase the dose to nightly application. Do not apply retinol over open wounds.

Using a purple-toned shampoo helps blonde hair retain its brightness while neutralizing yellow, brassy tones caused by UV exposure, chemicals, hard water, and other factors. For best results, use purple shampoo 1-2 times per week.

How Often Should I Trim My Hair?

Hair should be trimmed every six to eight weeks regardless of length or texture. However, if you are experiencing breakage earlier and often, please visit your professional stylist for a trim and to explore solutions to prevent this.

It is best to use a thermal protection spray or serum when applying heat to your hair. In addition to protecting hair from heat damage, these products also seal the hair cuticle to prevent frizz and preserve your hairstyle.
