After spending decades treating clients with premier skincare treatments, Master Aesthetician Carol Cole recognized microcurrent as a stand-out solution to treat the most common skin concerns. Microcurrent helped to restore facial contour, lift sagging skin, smooth lines and more without the side effects like needles, pain, and downtime often associated with other anti-aging treatments.
There was only one problem – more and more clients requested Carol’s microcurrent treatments, but she could only provide so many professional treatments in a day. Carol knew there had to be a better way to harness the transformative power of microcurrent and began to develop a handheld device that would make the microcurrent more accessible to clients – inside and outside of the treatment room.
Inspired by her mother’s creation – and incredible skin – Carol’s daughter Tera came to her with a vision: to build NuFACE into a global brand of innovative skincare technology. She went to work, following in her mother’s footsteps to become a licensed aesthetician. After training extensively in microcurrent technology and building a global business plan, Tera’s sister Kim came on board to help take NuFACE to the next level.
The mother-daughter team grew NuFACE doing what they knew best – helping clients. The result was a meticulously engineered device that served the clients’ unique needs. Demand for the NuFACE device soared through word of mouth and client referrals, a further testament to the power of microcurrent.
